14-day cooling-off (consumers). Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Disclosure and Cancellation) Regulations 2013 you may cancel a new subscription within 14 days and receive a full refund. If you ask us to start access immediately and acknowledge this ends your cooling-off right, the right is lost — but the guarantee below still applies.

14-day money-back guarantee. Whatever the legal position, if Bet Bloom is not right for you, email support@aibetrix.uk within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

Faulty service. If the service is faulty we will fix or replace it; if that is not possible you get a price reduction or refund.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days. You can cancel renewals anytime from the billing portal and keep access to the end of the paid period.
